Creating an audience with the traditional Audience Builder can be time-consuming, requiring many manual steps, and often results in a less-than-ideal audience size. To solve this, I led an MVP project to integrate AI, offering smart recommendations for optimizing audience size and composition. This made the process faster, more intuitive, and better aligned with user needs.

The audience creation process was cumbersome, requiring users to complete numerous manual steps that were both time-consuming and error-prone.
