It’s designed to give users a deeper understanding of their audiences, with more ways to explore, customize, and refine segments. Now, it’s easier to adjust campaigns and get the insights needed to make smarter decisions.

Project Overview:
The previous audience profile page was not equipped to handle the complex requirements of today’s advertisers. It lacked the depth and flexibility needed for in-depth analysis and customization, making it challenging for users to gain the insights they needed. To address these gaps, we built a new, more powerful tool from the ground up. This enhanced solution allows users to explore, analyze, and customize audiences in much greater detail, providing the insights and control necessary to optimize their campaigns effectively.
RESULTS:
As a result, the new Audience Insight tool has transformed the way users interact with their audience data. It has significantly improved the ability to perform complex analysis and fine-tune audience segments, making it easier to identify trends and optimize targeting strategies. User feedback highlighted the tool’s intuitive interface and the depth of insights it provides, leading to increased user satisfaction. The enhanced customization options have empowered advertisers to make data-driven decisions, resulting in more effective campaigns and better overall outcomes.
Dashboard
This page serves as a comprehensive dashboard for analyzing audience behavior and engagement. It focuses on a specific segment, in this case, “Football Fans 2023.” Users can customize their insights by selecting metrics like “Overall Engagement,” “Weekday Engagement,” and “Daypart Engagement” from the left panel, which dynamically updates the data displayed.
The central area features detailed charts and visualizations, such as the overlap between different streaming app types. For example, it shows how much of the audience is reached through “Linear” versus “TV Plus” streaming services, including the overlap between the two. These insights help advertisers understand how their audience consumes content across different platforms, making it easier to adjust targeting strategies and optimize campaigns based on real-time data.
Advanced Audience Comparison
The Compare Audience feature, allowing users to analyze audience reach and behavior across different app types during various times of the day. With this feature, users can directly compare how target audiences, like “2023 Players Champions,” perform against a benchmark group, such as the “Samsung Universe.” The comparison is visually displayed through charts, making it easy to spot differences in engagement across time slots like Breakfast, Daytime, and Prime Time. This functionality helps advertisers refine their strategies by understanding how different audience segments interact with content throughout the day.
Build Custom Reports
Users can customize their templates by selecting key insights and charts using the pills in the navigation panel. This allows them to build a layout that highlights the most important data for their needs. Once selected, users can save the setup as a template for quick access to personalized reports, streamlining their analysis process.
Adjust, Download, and Personalize Your Charts
Users can resize charts directly within the layout, allowing them to focus on the data that matters most. Additionally, they can download any chart for offline analysis and customize it further to suit their specific needs, offering flexibility and control over their audience insights.
